At Vision Path Studio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for different regions and product types.


1. General Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within the allowed return window for your region.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, including:

2.1 Custom-Printed or Personalized Products

Products printed, designed, or customized using customer-provided:

  • Photos
  • Names
  • Text
  • Artwork
  • Layout instructions

These items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

2.2 Digital Downloads

Digital files or downloadable content are also non-refundable once delivered.

2.3 Gift Cards

Gift Cards non-refundable.


3. Return Eligibility for Stock Products

Only non-customized, stock items may be returned.
These include:

  • Standard merchandise
  • Pre-designed prints
  • Products not altered or personalized in any way

Stock items can be returned for a refund or exchange in accordance with your region’s return timeframe.


4. Region-Specific Refund & Return Rules

4.1 United States & Canada

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchanges available for equal-value items (stock products only).

4.2 United Kingdom & European Union

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with consumer protection laws.
  • Customers have an additional 14 days after initiating a return to physically return the item.
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are exempt from EU 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

4.3 Australia & New Zealand

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds available for unused stock items.
  • Customers must cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4.4 Asia, Middle East & Rest of World

  • Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customs fees or import duties are non-refundable.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Custom-designed products are only eligible for replacement if the defect or error was caused by Vision Path Studio (e.g., printing error, wrong size, wrong product).


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
